Super Clean!
Perfect condo for my husband & I ! We both have back injuries so the elevator was a huge bonus ! We stayed in the best room , ocean view, from the lighthouse to the pier ,on the 3 Rd floor ! It was spotlessly clean,( We are very picky ! ) comfy King bed, flat screen TV's & had everything we needed in the kitchen, from an iron,blender,toaster & coffee maker to wi-fi,beach towels & chairs.The decor was bright & had a Caribbean Isle atmosphere ! We were steps away from a warm therapeutic pool & the awesome uncrowded beach ! We had our own assigned parking space which avoided an annoying hassle.The laundry room was on- site & cheap ! Terri is a very kind person who always had patience for my phone calls ! ( I forgot my lock box #,I broke a beach chair which was immediately replaced...) We recommend this cozy " home away from home " condo & are looking forward to our stay next winter ! Thank you so much Terri ! It was truly one of our best vacations !

Ocean Views!!
Teri was very helpful every step of the way booking and planning our reservation in Pompano Beach. Great views, ocean front property! Unit was very comfortable and clean and at a great price! We highly recommend checking it out!

Perfect
My husband and I recently stayed in this condo for a few days in order to be near to where our family reunion was being held. Booking the condo with Teri and gaining access once we arrived was quick and easy. The condo was clean, bright, and very comfortable, and we liked the ever changing but beautiful view through the large kitchen window the best. The beach décor throughout was very cheerful and the air conditioner worked quietly and well. In fact, we liked that the whole area was not crowded and pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable and all the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean. We liked having the extra half bath at our disposal and the modestly stocked kitchen to prepare meals and heat leftovers. The beachfront was clean and not crowded and just steps away from condo and while we didn’t get to use the pool it looked clean and inviting. Our parking spot was also steps away from the condo and there is an elevator. We soon met a gentleman named Steve who introduced himself as grounds manager and who made sure we were pleased and didn't need anything. We liked that. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo Teri. We would not hesitate to return and would wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family looking to stay in this area.

Great Holiday Stay!
The location was awesome. The condo was great and had all the amenities as mentioned including beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella. We had some windy days and was really good to have the small exclusive beach section by the pool that blocked the wind for us. Right on the beach with large kitchen window facing the beach. We would recommend the place for others. We ate at the Seaside Grill just up the street that had good and many seafood dishes. We were only a few miles from the Publix grocery and liquor stores.

Unbeatable Location
We had a great stay at this beachfront condo!! It is clean. Beautiful views of the ocean from everywhere in the condo. It has all kitchenware to cook a meal. Washer/dryer on premises. Beach chairs. Heated pool. Free parking. Condo does not have a balcony but there are high chairs available to sit outside by the stairwell to watch the sunrises and have your morning coffee. Can't wait to return. Owner has other condos in the building that i will consider also next time if this one is unavailable.

I am a special education teacher. My guy does maintenance and air conditioning repair. Bring the last week of my summer break, we arranged a trip at the beachfront beauty. This is our paradise, South Florida. Nothing is more beautiful than the beaches and Terri’s beach condo was absolutely perfect and affordable. Her condo was extremely clean and comfortable with the very best beach front view and the assigned parking was wonderful. Private access only, you are literally less than 100 ft from the door of the condo to the water. Turtle nests were protected and a dream to see along with the beautiful shells I collected along with pieces of coral. The condo pool was absolutely perfect and clean. Terri’s crew was so helpful and professional but my favorite residents was a baby iguana I named Iggy and the most precious black kitty the I named Sandy the Sea Cat. In addition we were very close to anything we needed. Make sure you visit Jaxon’s Ice Cream Parlor. We will be back!!!!

Great Stay!
This property looks exactly like the photos. It was convenient to walk right out to the pool and be directly on the beach. Beach chairs, cooler, And umbrella being provided was a plus! My only complaint was that the mattress is quite firm. The unit was spotless. And the view from the kitchen was perfect for watching the sunrise. Steve was on site every morning and very helpful as well. I would stay here again

Love This Place!
This was our first visit to the area but not our last. Pompano Beach did not disappoint. But what made the vacation most enjoyable was our condo. It was just right for two people and decorated in a south Florida beach vibe. The view of the ocean was beautiful, we loved getting up early to watch the sun rise! We spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing by it and getting to know the other condo “residents” We will definitely be back to this special get-away at Pompano!

Good Stay
This place was exactly what we were looking for with our stay. We wanted to walk out our door and right onto the beach and at a decent price. This was it! There was everything we could need at the house for us to use for the stay including beach chairs and beach towels. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they were perfect for the few days we were there and the kitchen is beautiful. A few things just for future travelers (please know this didn’t affect our stay too much) this specific unit is on the third floor and has a very pretty view, but no balcony to sit out on (although you could go down to the pool area). They are doing construction right next door which the owner mentions and is very upfront about. It didn’t really bother us too much unless we were sitting by the pool. In the unit we could barely notice it, but we also sleep with a sound machine. They have laundry on the property, but you do need quarters to use it. We also could have used more towels because of this, but we were there for a short stay so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The beach is perfect though and not busy at all!

Great Place
We had a wonderful stay at the Pompano Beach condo! It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. We used the pool and it was very warm, quiet, and private. The condo is in a small building with larger high rises next to it. We walked a mile to the main part of Pompano Beach with the pier, restaurants, and shops. The condo is spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and we loved the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The owner Terri was friendly, quick to communicate, and accommodating. We plan to return to Pompano Beach and recommend staying at this condo!

Right On The Beach
Vibrant, clean, spacious, comfortable beach condo with stunning ocean views. Pool onsite was clean and we loved the 24 hour aspect. Everything about this place is beyond private. Beach is about a 3-5 minute walk depending on how much you're carrying! Host was excellent with communication, very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights and have no complaints! I actually thought this place was too good to be true, but after staying here, it exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend!
