THIS UNIT IS 425SQ. FT. AND HAS A KING BED & A QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER IT SLEEPS 4. ALL LINENS ARE PROVIDED. THIS UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH COOKING UTENSILS,DISHES, BLENDER, MICROWAVE TOASTER, & COFFEE MAKER. IT ALSO HAS A HAIR DRYER, IRON/BOARD, BEACH TOWELS/CHAIRS.

THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND THERE IS AN ELEVATOR. DURING YOUR STAY YOU WILL PARK IN # 1PARKING SPOT. YOU WILL LET YOURSELF IN. THERE IS A LOCK BOX OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR WITH THE KEY TO ENTER.

OUR POOL IS HEATED AND STEPS DOWN TO OUR PRIVATE BEACH AREA. WE ALSO HAVE A PROPANE GRILL.

ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING

PARKING SPACES ARE FOR GUESTS ONLY, WE DO NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL PARKING AVASILABLE FOR VISITORS

WE DO NOT RENT TO ANY GUEST UNDER THE AGE OF 25

WE SUPPLY STARTUP PAPER TOWELS, BATH TISSUE, TRASH BAGS, & HAND SOAP ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED ARE RENTER'S RESPNSIBILITY

LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE LOCATED ON THE 2ND & 3RD FLOORS. 4 QUARTERS TO WASH/4 QUARTERS TO DRY ( LAUNDRY SOAP IS PROVIDED)

Beach Stay!

We stayed at the condo. It was super clean. Nearly everything we needed. All that was missing was a corkscrew. The bed was comfy. The linens were nice, thick and fluffy. Great to have access to beach chairs. 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo with the fan going- we didn't even hear the construction.

Perfect Getaway!

This was my second time staying here, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable. Just steps from the beach and close to everything you need. The condo has a perfect beach vibe, and it was impeccably clean. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Florida!
