YOU WILL LET YOURSELF IN . THERE ARE LOCK BOXES OUTSIDE OF EACH CONDO DOOR WITH THE KEY TO ENTER.

YOUR FREE PARKING SPACE IS THE SAME NUMBER AS YOUR CONDO AND RIGHT NEXT TO THE BUILDING.

WE ARE SORRY THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS

ALL CONDOS ARE NON SMOKING

THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE TO EACH UNIT PER FIRE CODE

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES ARE STRICT DUE TO GUESTS LEAVING & COMING ON THE SAME DAY.

Reservation Deposit

There is a $300.00 deposit fee to hold a reservation. The balance should be settled 30 days prior to the check-in date and the deposit will be deducted from your total due.

Booking Cancellations

If you want to cancel your reservation, it should be made 14 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations after the mentioned time frame wIll not be subject to a refund.
