THE POOL IS HEATED AND STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH WHERE THERE IS A GREAT PICNIC AREA WITH A GRILL, TABLES, LOUNGERS, UMBRELLA, AND CHAIRS. THERE IS ALSO A LAUNDRY ROOM LOCATED ON YOUR FLOOR. WE SUPPLY LAUNDRY DETERGENT. YOUR CONDO ALSO HAS BEACH TOWELS 2,BEACH CHAIRS, AN UMBRELLA. THERE IS ALSO AN IRON/BOARD & HAIR DRYER.

The view was amazing we would be having our breakfast looking at the ocean.The only draw back, it was one queen bed and a full futon with no privacy from each other. But, it was listed as a studio, my own fault.

Gem by the sea
The location and cleanliness of this property make it perfect for a beach getaway. Terry, Jeanine and Steve were all friendly and helpful. The unit was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. See you next year!

Started Out Bad
Place was very clean and people friendly. Vrbo screwed up the check in suite and we waited for hours only to find out our room was ready, but a different suite number. Not the owners fault at all. After we finally got settled in, we cancelled the booking through vrbo and booked directly through the owner much cheaper. No fee! After all that we had the most enjoyable stay! The owner also checked on us to make sure we were good.

Great Condo! Great Location!
The Condo is in a great location right on the beach. It also has an awesome beach area that is roped off to occupants only and has gas grills to cook your own food and eat right there. It is also a great place to have your morning coffee. The Condo itself was very nice and had everything we needed. We will admit, we were not sure about sleeping on the Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable and we slept fine every night we were there. One of the best things about the Condo was the other people who were staying there. We met just about all of them and had dinner and hung out each evening just enjoying conversation (and a few alcoholic drinks). The beach area was great and was not crowded at all. We would very much stay here again.

Clean with great beach location
Studio apartment was clean and well stocked. Location on the beach was perfect. The pool was nice and warm.

Atlantic Terrace
My wife and 5 year old son stayed here and had a great time. I wish we had stayed longer. The other people in the complex, some owners and some renters were great. We sat near the pool and chatted and hand drinks. The access to the pool and beach cannot be beat. Walking distance to a number of things with the pier and lighthouse on either side. The unit was perfect for the three of us and the view was incredible. I would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back! Thanks.

Great find on the beach
Property was great for a weekend getaway. Being right on the beach with the pool was perfect. The unit was accurately described, very clean. We had never been to Pompano but this was in a quiet section. We did walk to the Seaside Grill to get lunch for the beach and it was great. There was an issue with the hot water, it was either burning or freezing. Overall, it was just what we were looking for and we would come back again!

The beach view/access and the pool are great. Location to the pier, restaurants and shopping are also great! The room was very clean and big enough if your not picky about a big place. We loved it!

We were here for nearby family wedding. Learned about the transportation available to us. There is the Pompano shuttle! It takes you to the grocery store and other places to eat. You really don't need a car. It's about 25 mins from the airport. We also used uber. However, the complex has a parking space for each unit right in front. The beach was clean and not crowded. Weather was great. We would like to go back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This condo was an amazing place to stay for a perfect weekend getaway! The space was clean and everything was in perfect working condition. So easy to access the beach from the unit. Having chairs available to take to the beach made it even better. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very Clean
Very clean. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 people. Access to beach and pool is wonderful. The only downside is the property is located between two huge hotels. However, I will say it was quiet and I felt safe.

Right On The Beach
This rental is a true gem! The beds were soft and clean, as well as extra bedding and fresh towels. There is a secure laundry facility on the same floor. It is located within walking distance to a beautiful lighthouse, pier, and an ecological reserve. The property manager is awesome! There is a very well kept pool on site as well. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to prepare meals. This condo is only 10 minutes away from tons of shopping, and amazing cuisine! We will definitely be back!
