Incredible Vacation Spot!
You have everything right there. The beach, pool and your own private grilling area. The room was cool and clean. You can fit 4 people comfortably in Unit 8 and a great layout! Not to mention, it's right on the beach! Just right there!! Loved this old little place!

Very Nice
Loved how clean it felt and smelled when we walked in! It is not a big condo, but it had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had alot of cooking stuff. The atmosphere is great! This place is right on the ocean. We sat out at the pool every day and night. We were on the 2nd floor and right outside our door was a place to sit with 2 chairs to look at the ocean. It did rain a couple of days while we were there, but we just went shopping. Steve the condo manager was very helpful with which places to eat. There is a really cool tiki bar about a half a mile down the road. We had a blast there! Terri responded quickly when we had a minor issue and was great! We want to come back again, we loved it here!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this property. It met our needs; nothing fancy or upscale. The price was good for how nice and clean the condo was. The pros were the proximity to the beach-- just steps away. There was a small pool surrounded by chairs and a few high top tables with umbrellas, which were a nice touch. There was also a small roped off private beach area with grills and more chairs/tables. We found the beach often windy could have just been bad luck. The unit itself is small (bed room only big enough for night table on one side of the bed) but adequate for 2. Beach themed furnishings and cute decor. The building was on the older side, and seemed to be undergoing some maintenance. The location was great though with long stretches of walkable beach on either side. The place is more private. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a fantastic property and location on Pompano Beach. The condo unit is SMALL, but ideal. There was almost no one on the beach every day when we went out and the pool never had more than 1-2 people sitting near it. There are 4 floors, with an elevator. The owner has 7 units only to rent out. The other owners of the other 3 units, I was told hardly ever come down. It was very private. We were able to cook dinner each night which was fantastic. I wouldn't recommend the unit for a family as it is quite small but it was perfect for us as a couple. Exactly what we needed. If you like a smaller, safe place to stay at the beach, I recommend this little place. We hope to return soon!

Condo was exactly as the pictures show. It is small but very, very clean. Beach is wonderful and property is very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Great for a weekend getaway or long stay. The condo had everything we needed and more. Ot was a pleasure to stay here. I highly recommend it. My girlfriend and I will most certainly stay here again ?

Loved the ocean view. Terri and the property manager Steve was great. Walkable to the Pompano pier. Condo was also very clean. Definitely will be coming back.

Perfect!
Very clean, quiet condo steps away from the beach! Property was well taken care of, pool was clean and parking was free. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for beach use which was really convenient since we flew in. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are ever in Pompano. Added bonus Steve the maintenance guy was super nice and extremely helpful!

Excellent Location
Easy from start to finish. Very clean. Fantastic location. Lots to walk to. Great beach location. Took advantage of the pool, which was lovely. Revelled in how quite it was. Perfect for a couple with no kids. Thank you!

Beachfront!
Beautiful property, well appointed, everything we needed for a weekend stay on the beach. Special thanks to the property manager and owner for lending us some beach toys and for keeping the pool warm! The keypad is rusty a bit difficult to operate. We'd stay there again.

Great Stay!
Condo was great. A super cute little place in a small building between the other highrises. I always like staying in a smaller place; it's much more cozy and home-like. The condo is small but it was still comfortable with two younger kids.I would stay again.

Great Place!
The property was great. Very clean and right on the beach. There were towels and chairs to use on the beach and linens provided in the unit. The private parking spot was wonderful. Would love to come back some day.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The convenience of the beach being right there and having the pier walkable was great! Very friendly property manager who recommended a visit to the aquarium which both of my kids enjoyed. Thank you for an awesome place to stay!
