You have everything right there. The beach, pool and your own private grilling area. The room was cool and clean. You can fit 4 people comfortably in Unit 8 and a great layout!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable for our family. Every detail is thought of and you have beach towels, an umbrella, chairs, laundry right across the hall with soap and dryer sheets available, access to grills, etc. The beach is steps away and was never overly crowded. There are stores and restaurants very close. The pool is small but was warm, clean and overlooking the ocean. It was very quiet and peaceful and everyone we met was very nice. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent spot if you seek quiet and relaxing vacation. Owner and on-site manager are super helpful and responsive. Our water heater wasn’t working and it got fixed the next day. Place is a bit small for 4 people. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was tight. I’d say this condo is perfect for couple’s getaway.

Location is amazing, steps from the beach. We loved the pool. We were the only people there 4 days out of 5.

Condo was exactly as the pictures show. It is small but very, very clean. Beach is wonderful and property is very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic property and location in Pompano Beach. The condo unit is SMALL and QUIET which is ideal. There was almost no one on the beach every day when we went out and the pool never had more than 1-2 people sitting near it. We were able to cook dinner each night which was fantastic. I wouldn't recommend the unit for a family as it is quite small but it was perfect for us as a couple. Exactly what we needed. We hope to return soon!

My husband and I just spent a week here. The condo is small but more than adequate for a week's stay. It was clean and well equipped. Great to have nice beach chairs and beach towels provided. The location can't be beat. Literally steps from the beach. The location is convenient to many restaurants in the Pompano area. We will definitely return here if visiting Pompano in the future.

This condo was bright, clean and very well stocked! It had obviously been recently renovated. Sturdy, wide beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. are included. Beachfront, quiet location, clear pool with late afternoon shade. This was the perfect place to relax for the week! The parking area and stairways were well lit at night, and the owners were wonderful to work with during booking and while we were on the property. If we stay in south Florida again, we will most definitely be back to this property!! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Really great people to work with. Good value compared to peer competitors. Everything superb. Spic and Span clean. We'll keep coming back. Location perfect. Quiet building. Condo has pretty much everything you need. Kitchen complete. Beach accessories. Cable etc. Parking. This unit is about 500 sqft. Not a problem as well did not feel cramped. It's location made you want to be outside instead of sitting inside. Owner extremely attentive. 100% positive recommendation to others.

We just returned from a week of true paradise from this unit. Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean and beautiful, and very well stocked with anything that we would need, right down to beach towels. The pool is right on the beach, and it was very nice. It was great to relax by the pool in the evening and soak up the great ocean view. The owner was extremely easy to work with, and made sure that every detail was covered. To say the least, Therese went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing week. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. We will definitely be back!!! The only bad thing that I can say is that we had to leave...

As a northern snow bird, I have been going to South Florida for the month of March for several years. This year I stayed at this condo for the first time and I was very pleased with it. The location is ideal; right on the beach. The condo itself is very nice as well. Everything is fresh and clean, and well maintained. Moreover, the owner was quite accommodating. Would I stay there again? Indeed. And to prove it I have renewed for next March.
